Payment:

We accept Visa & Mastercard credit cards along with debit cards. Orders can be placed over the phone but we can only accept payment for orders under £300.00. Telephone orders can only be sent to the payment cards registered address. All online payments are made through our Sage Pay secure payment provider and your payment details are secure.

Overseas Customers:

We are able to export most of our product range. If you are situated outside the European Community (Far East, Africa, Asia, North/South America & Australasia), UK VAT is not payable. Customers within the EC are charged VAT unless you have a VAT registered business and are able to give us a valid VAT number (proof of business will be required i.e. letterhead).

Returns Procedure:

Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions. Backdraft Ltd, must be informed in writing of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day of delivery. All items returned must be accompanied by either the relevant invoice or appropriate proof of purchase (i.e. credit card slip).

Further T&C:

Parts ordered to customer’s specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality. All orders returned within 7 working days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods, see returns procedure) will be credited in full. Orders that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled after this period will be subject to a 25% minimum handling charge. Any shortfall or damages to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods. All parts being returned must be in the condition they were supplied. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted, had sealant/grease applied or the packaging damaged.  We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances. We offer no warranty on any of the tuning products available on our website. Any manufactures warranty will be honoured if applicable. All goods remain the property of Backdraft Ltd until paid for and payment received in full. Returns to be shipped to us must be sent at the buyer cost. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery.
